Binance’s CEO Changpeng Zhao stressed that this stock exchange has never had a registered office and has not operated in Malta either. This is also a response to the FUD that has been created recently.

What topics will we address in this article? We’ll certainly get the old facts out. We will also find out where the Binance Exchange is located?

The old facts have been pulled out

Exactly on Friday, all information appeared on Coindesk which says that the Binance crypto exchange has no license to operate in Malta. This was confirmed by the main financial supervisory authority of this country. However, as it turns out, this is not completely new, as this platform has never been regulated in that place. However, this was enough to cause a great deal of commotion in the crypto community.

Changpeng Zhao, who is the general manager of Binance trying to control this situation, stressed that there is such a thing as mixed truth, misunderstanding and FUD. He also explained that the stock exchange that he manages has never been regulated in Malta. As if that wasn’t enough, this is pretty old news, because it has always been like that. Although this fact was used to create a breakthrough story that sowed confusion.

CZ pointed out that this confusion is actually due to the fact that some people have the wrong idea of the blockchain world itself. At the same time, he also stressed that Biannce, works closely with regulatory bodies and also follows the rules in all places where he operates. What is more, the exchange reaches users from over 180 countries. In turn, it is a mission to become a true DAO.

Where is Binance headquarters?

Most people asked about the headquarters of this exchange would say that it is Malta or China. But in reality it is not so clear where Binance’s head office is located. Taking into account all legal issues, every such platform must be registered somewhere and also have its headquarters in a particular country. The tweed series that was published by Changpeng Zhao himself, however, does not answer this question directly.

Even some users agree that the Binance exchange simply does not need headquarters. The very idea of the cryptovalut is finally based on decentralization itself. This in turn coincides with the statement that this platform aims to become an autonomous decentralised organisation. To have headquarters for many people is basically archaic.

And what do you think of all this in general? We’d like to know your opinion. Share any comments you make. Of course everyone has a different opinion and we respect that. We’d be happy to discuss this really interesting topic, which is very timely.
